Logo   Can I print my company logo on the corporate gifts?   Of cos, you can. You would have to submit to us your artwork in adobe illustrator,photoshop or corel draw format,    inform us the number of printing colours you want, where do you want to print,pantone colours used etc   Please note that files in jpeg,tiff and microsoft application are not suitable for silkscreen printing.   There is a distinct difference between desktop printing and commerical printing.   Resolution in jpeg,tiff format and ms application are too blur for commercial printing.   Colours used can only be in solid colours.No Toning of colours allowed.   There will be a 5% to 10% difference in colours between the actual product and artwork.   We charge a flat fee of S$90 to redraw the artwork. Branded Goods   We only carry 100% authentic Goods. All items come with manufacturer certificate and warranty. Price   All price listed on the website is fixed.No further discount is provided. Samples   Do you provide samples?   Yes. We will provide samples only on appointment basis. Quality Control   Most of our suppliers are ISO qualified manufacturers.   Checks are done during pre-production,production lines and on finished products to ensure quality product. Ordering   How do I order?   After you have decided what items to order,   Just give us a call,we will arrange to meet up with you, to discuss on the type of material used and logo position   and answer all your querries on costing and delivery. Minimum Quantity   Minimum quantity vary with different products.The minimum quantity requirement is listed on the website.   It is not feasible on our side to order 1 pc if the minimum quantity listed is 100 pieces. Delivery   Do you provide delivery?   Yes,we make delivery to one designated location.   Within how many days can you deliver the orders to us?   Normally 40 to 45 days is required.Longer Period may be required if your order is huge or need a lot of customisation work.   However your order is urgent,we can work out it out with our suppliers to meet your deadline.   However do note that air freight is 200% more expensive than sea freight. Product Catalogue   Can you send us a copy of your product catalogue?   Most of our products can be found at our online catalogue.   We do provide physical catalogues during appointments.   Can you send me your latest pricelist?   The price on each item varies depending on the quantity ordered.   Payment Mode   Deposit payment of 50% upon confirmation of quotation.The remaining 50% COD.   The order will only proceed upon confirmation of the deposit payment.   We can provide a 30 days credit term but unit price will be higher.
